Inhale as you bend forward from your hips, keeping your back straight. Your partner can help you to balance by placing their hands on your back.

This pose is a great way to improve your balance and coordination. Stand facing your partner with your feet together. Bend your right knee and place your right foot on your partner's left thigh. Your partner then bends their left knee and places their left foot on your right thigh. Reach your arms up and clasp your hands with your partner. Hold the pose for a few breaths, then switch sides.
